- Managed the production of 3000+ motion graphics and design assets. 100% of media assets were delivered on time, within budget, and to spec.
- Managed 10+ advertising campaigns for web and mobile, which increased user conversion to paid by 80%, video retention across all platforms by 35%, engagement by 50%, and CTR by 60%. (Google Analytics based on over 1 billion views across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram).
- Tracked and managed post production schedules for my 20+ video editors and motion graphics designers.
- Innovated a new branding strategy. I created pitch and concept decks for web and mobile layouts, color scheme,
logo approvals, and a complete asset design overhaul. The company then implemented it across all platforms.
